Terrible service, wait 40 minutes for a pizza just to realize that they forgot to make it. Have to wait 20 more minutes! Without even an apology, looks like for then is normal to give such a terrible service. Please be aware that you are going to deal with the slow and untrained people.

Poor service, mistake without any apologies or explanation.
We ordered super Supreme pizza(whole). We had to wait 30 minutes, So after 30 minutes we went back to take our pizza. But we saw that 3 employees who worked there, was in discussion(in Lithuanian language which is we don't understand) in front of us and looking us few seconds. It was uncomfortable but they didn't explain anything. we just took the pizza and when we came back home we opened box with expectation of great dinner, finally realized that why they had discussed. We ordered super Supreme, but there was Pizza with some pieces of pineapple which is I never ordered in my life and had written "Tropical chicken" on the box. If they told me that my pizza was changed or they had some mistakes, we would understand.
they knew the mistake even had discussion, but didn't inform and didn't offer apology. It's so annoying us that they ignored and deceived customers.
It's a pity that other customer who ordered tropical chicken couldn't take her/his own pizza.

I had to wait for 1h for a pizza. Is this what they call fast food? Pizzas are not tasty, the meat is made out of cardboard.
