Booked an appointment for my mother for her birthday. She knew the precious location of this branch and, naturally, assumed it was still located in the Omni shopping centre. She arrived only to find out they had moved to a different location. Neither the website or Google Maps reflected this, both still stating it was located in Omni. My mother called the spa and was rudely told she should have called earlier to have known about the new location. This was outrageous considering this information isn't freely available online - it couldn't have possibly been my mother's responsibility to call in advance. The woman proceeded to offer my mother a shortcut spa treatment instead, which is ridiculous considering I had specifically booked her a Spa Deluxe treatment for €53 euro. The staff were completely insensitive about my mother's situation. I would not recommend anyone to go here, regardless of how good the products may be, if this is the way customers are treated.

We booked a birthday treat online for our mom here as we heard it was a good spa and it was located in the Omni shopping centre which is convenient for us. My mom was looking forward to her pedicure until she saw that the spa no longer existed in the Omni. She rang the spa’s number and had to speak to a very rude member of staff. My mom explained the situation and mentioned there was no notice saying the spa had relocated and the address was still the same on the website and Facebook page. The staff member accused my mom of being in the wrong saying that she should have rang 5 minutes before the appointment or asked the neighboring shops about the relocation. She spoke in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. We asked why the address online has not been updated and the staff member replied with a poor excuse saying that they can’t change the content on the website. A truly disappointing experience.

I have just called Kate Elizabeth Day Spa to ask about Eyelash Extensions. It is October 4th 2017 at ten past 1. I asked the girl who answered the phone if they did eyelash extensions and she replied 'yes but she described false eyelashes. I then said that I was meaning eyelash extensions not false lashes to which she replied 'ah you obviously know more about them than me so there's no need to ask in the first place' I then told her that there was no need to be rude to me, to which she replied 'you're rude' and then she hung up the phone. I was going to enquire about brows also as I live local but obviously I've dodged a bullet....I am thinking that the management of this Salon would be interested to learn how their customer enquiries are being handled.....

I went here today to get my make up done and I was least impressed with it. My eye makeup looked as if my 5 year old daughter done it. My eye lashes where put on like I've been dragged true a bush.. My friend got here done to and wasn't one bit impressed. Over all two very disappointed customers. And to pay €35 for this we where pure mad.
