Nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the couscous appetizer (it was like risotto). The lamb was tasty, as was the duck, though a bit chewy. The dessert was a big letdown - flourless chocolate quinoa cake with berries and chocolate sauce. It was dry and crumbly, the "berries" were 4 blueberries and 1 raspberry, and the "chocolate sauce" was a decorative drizzle.

We had dinner again at Taylor's Genuine Food and Wine last weekend and I have to say it was fabulous. We sat at the bar and ate the cornish hen and farm study. Everything was cooked to perfection and the experience was most memorable. Highly recommended.

An impeccable dining experience with a great selection of wines. The dishes are always made with an array of flavours that meld deliciously together. Every plate is a masterpiece in flavour and in playing. The creme brûlée absolutely amazing! The service never lets us down and it's a joy to dine here!

A nice cozy small place with great food. Fancy casual, not cheap, a treat if you like that type of refined seasonal local cuisine.

The server was friendly but not overly fast. Be prepared to have a leisurely lunch wether you like it or not :) The food was good but nothing outstanding. I had a heated cider which could have had more flavour. I had the smoked trout and it was cold although the menu said it would be warmed. The serving size was barely adequate, and I don't think it would kill their budget to add a few more potatoes or some other veggies to make a bigger plate with more nutrition. The Creme Brulee was also good but nothing outstanding.For these prices I expect more, or at least larger portions.
