I spent a wonderful afternoon here, the spa was completely amazing with such a relaxing atmosphere due to decor and lighting. My massage was soothing and the Thai girls are fabulous, although next time I'll go for a more vigorous rub. Only negative comments are that the reception staff seemed a little distracted and flustered and I didn't really enjoy walking through the lobby in my swimwear....perhaps robes could be provided.

I had the worst massage ever. Even dangerous, cos when i asked for a little stronger, she went with an elbow agressively over my back and vertebrae. 3 days after i still have pain in my neck and back, while normally i have no pain whatsoever. Do Never go for a massage in this place! The spa was really nice, specially the bath with the hydro massage.

We went here for a day as we had seen an offer for free spa use with any massage over 45Euro. All three of us wanted a traditional Thai massage so we went in and booked for them. The booking was simple enough. When we went back the receptionist (an older Spanish looking lady) was not welcoming or friendly and at first did not seem to understand we had appointments secured with deposits. She obviously could not be bothered to tend to us and left us with a harassed young Thai lady who managed to book us in. We went off to our changing rooms which were clean and bright with all the facilities you would need, lockers taking a returned 1Euro coin and we hired our towels as it was easier. The Spa itself was lovely. Heated beds to relax on and and a very warm hydrotherapy pool with various water jets for massaging. There was a separate Jacuzzi and also a fish spa (which we did not use). There were a few rooms of different temperatures including a sauna, steam room and ice pool. The beauticians called us through after and hour and my husband went to one room whilst my daughter and I went to a dual treatment room where we had the most relaxing and authentic Thai oil massages (not the traditional Thai massage) which was blissful. All in all a lovely place to go but they need to retrain their manager in customer skills as she has ZERO.
