El hotel esta muy bonito y esta muy como muy buen personal
Pero le falta un poco mas de personal no tiene botones que lleven las maletas no pueden llevar cosas como la plancha o una cobija extra a la habitación tienes que ir a recepción por e ya la alberca tiene agua fría no tiene calefacción pero en el restaurante no sebe que no se ay tanto consumo en el bufet pero en la carta si ay movimiento y esta muy buena la comida

I stayed at this place on August 1,2017 and it sucks. Problem 1 your receptionist has a attitude problem, problem 2 the bathroom in my room was clogged, problem 3 the pool was dirty, and problem 4 the worst one of all is that they are dishonest people. I left my wallet with my credit cards, ID'S, and almost 500.00 Dollars in the room, I called one hour later and they said the room was not rented yet, they checked the room and supposedly nothing was their I could not believe what I was hearing. I would be very careful going to this place I do not recommend it. Unfortunately I have to give it a one star for me to post this comment but it's definitely a triple 0.

Good place to stay for bussines or vacations. It's near La Media Luna and at 15 min to downtown. They have a good food at the restaurant and the habitations are fine. Not so fancy, but is a good place to stay for a day or two.

Nice hotel with minimalist decoration, great staff service. There are some pros and cons.
Pros.
Service by staff is great
You get a clean place to rest
Restaurant is convenient and prices are moderate

Cons.
Location is good but it could be noisy since it is aside of a highway, if you have light sleep could be bad for you.
Beds are really soft, they could use firmer mattresses.
