Buyer Beware! They will hang up on you rather than help. Paid for various analysis for my gravely sick dog. The lady didn't show up the next day to work and left us worried to death and came up with some lame excuse. Then wanted more money and hung up on me when I tried to get the results of the lab report. She refused to take our calls. Need I say more. Don't spend your money with these crooks. They are loyal to the mighty dollar, not the welfare of your beloved pet.
