We have a group that regularly rents vans for excursions into the highlands. Juan, the owner, is absolutely delightful, prompt and very accommodating. He is straightforward with his pricing and conditions-no hidden charges. The vans are modern and clean; we haven't had a single issue in the years we have used his service. I wish there were more people like him, with whom I could conduct business.

I came to Guadajara unsure about renting a car or taking a bus to Guanajuato....Decided on a car rental, looked around the internet for reviews and came across Alpro which I had never used before but had read some good reviews. I decided to call in and then walked in to make my reservation. During my call and when I walked in and inquired about a car rental, Jaime was straightforward, nononsence Alpro rep. He gave me the flat out the door rental price both on the phone and when I walked in, no hidden insurance charges, fees or taxes. He treated me fairly and honestly when i rented the car and upon the return, excellent customer service skills. The rental went great, car rode smoothly. When I come back to Guadajara, will contact Jaime again for a rental.
