🚫🚫NO RENTEN AQUÍ!! NO LO HAGA! DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT DO IT!!🚫🚫 WORST COMPANY EVER!! Especially the employee Oscar. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. He was trying to put a hold of $2,500 on my parents credit card, charge $840 for the car rental, AND make my parents pay $100 for insurance. We had ALREADY PAID ON ORBITZ!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Disappointed with their Service! Do not rent from them! Be careful and watch out, they will try to make unjust amount of money off you. Oscar is rude, as well as the entire company!

Horrible company. Reserved a car on their website, got a confirmation email. When I got there to pick the car the guy at the desk simply told us there was no car and their website shouldn't be taken so seriously. They didn't even bother to apologise. Very bad.

Be careful with this renter. I received a badly pitted/scratched car. As there were so many chips and dents, I did not notice an insignificant dent on the door, as it was night. They charged me $ 86. U.S. to fix it. A street urchin could have done it for $ 1.00.
Fortunately my credit card insurance will cover the cost. However, I consider the local company as untrustworthy, or worse.
Do not rent from them. They will take you for all they can.

I have rented twice in the last two months from Fox. I have been treated beautifully both times. I wanted a particular car because I drive one at home, and they offered to wash it while I waited as it had just come in. This trip I had to swap for a van for two days of my trip, then return and get my original. They understood, and treated me like family. I'm from Indiana, supposedly a place with great hospitality, but this experience in Guadalajara was astonishing. I had expected to argue about insurance (because of other reviews) but they were straightforward and explained everything in excellent English for me. DO NOT rent from a aite like Expedia as their insurance requires a HUGE deposit here. Just rent from Fox directly. I suggest you call the Guadalajara office and speak directly with them for your reservation. I will be making a lot of trips here, and I will always rent from this company. I noticed Budget next door never had a customer the whole time I waited for my car to be washed. Thanks to the staff for making things easy.
