One of the most thought out menus I have ever tasted. Flavor is the most important part to a menu. He has that down more than anyone I have had the pleasure to eat. Congratulations to the Chef of the year award. Keep on focusing and driving great local food into people's mouths and brains. Hope to be back soon!

Food was solid and good, but the creative touch in cooking methodes, presentation and combination of flavors - that would justify the high price - was missing. Also that a restaurant charges for the Amuse-Bouche is for me unprecedented...
Service was friendly, but the waiter had apparently a total blackout: 2 wines were ordered (1st+5th course), without asking he topped up the wine glass at the 4th course with a wine of the 1st course. I first thought he noticed that we were low on budget and was being friendly by giving us one extra - however, charged it!
