The BetterTaxi booking service is very easy to use and our taxi driver turned up on time. However, it doesn't stop you being ripped off by the taxi driver (20 euros for an 11 euro fare in our case in Rome), so you need to be aware of that.

False information about the price displayed as the final price but was only an estimate.
In Milan, taxis evicted Uber and are crooked.
To Everbody => use Heetch in Milan

The pick-up at London airport worked very well. The driver was very nice and the price was great. The online booking is very smooth.

I used the service to travel 2 times in Vienna, very cheap, very fast, Great and friendly Driver (Klaus Avsar) I would use the servie again when I travel back to Vienna, 5 Stars.

I have used BetterTaxi once per week for several months in Munich and Berlin. The car came always on time and I had very friendly drivers. The cars were really luxurious at times- at moderate prices. The billing is great. I get the receipt via email. Its only sad that there is no Android app and I would hope it works in all cities and villages in Germany.
