Pleasant stuff, except for 1 receptionist that gave us an attitude as if customer service is not her day job or something (during check in!). Also she gave my gf a weird attitude when she asked for an extra key as we wanted to split for a little while.
The casino isn't big. Some slot machines, and 5 tables: 2 roulette, 1 blackjack, 2 poker (variants of vs dealer). Dealers were overall nice. They made a couple of error, and they really expected me to get less money/loss money over their mistakes. It wasn't the dealer's call but his manager. And only after 5 call to other people they gave me what I deserved. However when he made a mistake in my favor, within one call they asked me to give them back 10lev. I felt sorry for the dealer who was relatively new so I didn't object, but that's not a way to run tables. The casino itself I would give maybe 3 stars.
Don't go to the casino in your nicest cloths as most people smoke there and your cloths will smell like an ashtray.

One of the best casinos with friendly staff and pit-bosses. If you gamble with any stakes they will try to do their best to serve you. I was at all Varnas casinos. This is really one of the best.

Супер. Номера новые , расположение в самом центре туристическом, персонал замечательный. Обстановка приятная, антуражная)) Мебель и техника новые. После ремонта отель. Цены чуть выше средних, но вполне приемлемые. Рекомендую. PS от моря относительно далеко, но мин за 20 дойти спокойно можно.Но этот отель не совсем для пляжного отдыха, а скорее для активного))=

Excellent casino, very friendly staff. As a few Canadians on business we felt welcome the whole time. Drinks included while you play. They explain any game and was just a lot of fun at the tables, of which there are 2 roulette, 1 blackjack and 2 poker.
