Checking the car out for travel. Excellent. Car in good shape only one minor ding but mechanically sound. Exiting the garage was a bit confusing because of the work going on but did manage to find my way out. Checking the car in was good, handed them the paper with the slot number on it, the odometer reading after doing my normal walk around to check for road damage or other new dings. None noted. Took info to counter and they took keys and went to check, stall location, and to do their walk around. Clerk upstairs received phone call and completed paperwork. Paid bill and left. Now comes the fun part - that night in hotel I receive an email with snapshots detailing damage that was not there when I turned it and a snapshot of the odometer that had an additional 7 km on it and saying my final bill was adjusted upward for damage I caused to car. Reported the encounter to Avis Bulagria and they said would do an investigation. Some 6 days later they are still doing their investigation but have charged my credit card. Fraud
