For an expensive motel, you don't get much. There wasn't enough furniture in the room and the photos on the web didn't match what I got. Staff seemed disinterested when I spoke to them about it. They eventually said they'd send someone the next day to bring more furniture. That person never came. I doubt I'd ever stay the again.

Renovated rooms are great, but lacking a little bit in amenities ie no microwave, no freezer in fridge, cups in rooms but no spoons etc. Overall a good pick for a good price. Restaurant a bit pricey so recommend hitting the town for dinner

The owners are lovely, the rooms a little dated. nice little balcony off main bedroom. It has a pretty decent location and Wifi was ok at 4.3 mbps download and 2.1 mbps upload!

Very disappointing and inefficient service. Phoned to book a queen/single room for myself and my brother because we were making funeral arrangements for our Mother. As I was flying from Perth and my flight to Tamworth was delayed by two hours, my brother checked in and paid for two nights. Asked the receptionist before dinner if I should fix up the bill for the other two nights. She said I could pay now or at the end. The second day we were in the middle of packing up my mother's possessions when receptionist demanded that I go back to the Motel this minute to pay the bill. Didn't have a car so had to walk back to the motel (paid in cash) before I could continue with the rest of the arrangements. There was not empathy shown here and no individual circumstances taken into consideration. Check in was very slow and took over 45 minutes. I will never stay at this motel again.

Comfortable beds in a relatively central location in town. The amenities are dates and fridges won't work and staff were unwilling to assist. Room was also lacking a microwave and toaster. Televisions are not able to tune correctly. If you just need a bunk for the night this place will serve you well. If you're looking for a comfortable stay for a week certainly look elsewhere.
