Our beautiful 5 year old cat recently had a bad paw. We took him in to All Creatures and after the 2nd visit they realised it was more serious than they had originally thought and referred him to Fitzpatricks. After he was discharged from there with a presumed diagnosis of lymphoma, the care they gave us, as well as Dobby was fantastic. They called home regularly to find out how Dobby was doing and fitted us in whenever we needed an appointment. Unfortunately, on the 27th July we had to have Dobby put to sleep at the practise. There was a dedicated room for this and we were allowed to be with him for a good while after, just cuddling him and saying goodbye to him. We were left to be with him for as long as we could until Nicola had to go home. I would recommend this vets surgery for the staff as well as well as for the way they treat our beloved animals, just as if they were their own.

Brilliant staff that work here .. I have been using this surgery for over 30 years. They have looked after many of my pets, they have been there for me when I have had to have my dog put down as well as my cats, they are very compassionate and caring. I travel nearly an hour to use all creatures because I trust my animals to be well looked after in their care. I would recommend this surgery to everyone. The vets are great at what they do, you can see that they love the animals and will do the best to look after your pets.

Without a shadow of a doubt the worst veterinary experience I have had in 25 years of owning animals in 4 countries. The owner of the practice performed a botched job of a partial tail amputation on my Great Dane last week and charged £518.65 having said the bill would be £400 to £450. The dog had to endure a general anaesthetic and none of the staff seemed able to apply a bandage that stayed on. We had to take the dog back each day post operation due to the fact the wound was deteriorating as they had given her a head restraint that was the wrong size for the dog meaning she was able to nibble her tail as well as not putting on the flavoured bandage of which dogs do not like the taste. The vet did not amputate enough of the tail. 7 days later and what a surprise the same vet is having to perform the operation again, and this time we were told the total cost would be £400 and of course the bill was £491. This time a member of staff actually put on the correct size head cone as well as applying the unpleasant tasting bandages. Within a week that is two anaesthetics the dog has had to endure as well as £1,010 of cost and numerous visits to try and see if anyone can apply a bandage. The vet is either guilty of breathtaking incompetence or a desire to rip off customers. There was no apology for this second operation nor were we advised that the first one may not work. Either way I think it prudent to use any other vet in the vicinity or ask for a copy of their errors and omissions insurance prior to admitting your pet.

A fantastic, caring group of people who genuinely care about the animals - wouldn't trust our much loved cat with anyone else. Time is always made to fully explain everything to me - I'm never rushed out for the next appointment. Would highly recommend.

Very nice people but that's all. I've paid a lot and vet just looked on my pet, even didn't gave anything. Week later I went to another who gave antibiotics and they helped. That's for sure not a rat vet.
