These guys are just great! I arrived stressed and late for my appointment. My friends were there waiting for me. The staff helped me to put myself together and the super freindly technician did my gel manicure (which still looks fantastic after more than 2 weeks) The place looks really pretty, ideal to meet friends for fun girls time/hen's parties etc...

Beautiful place. Super service. Will definitely go again.

Excellent nail bar with big comfy massage chairs! They have the largest selection of colors I've seen in London. Very reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff, and great service. Best to book at the weekend, but they always accommodate walk-ins when they can. I won't go anywhere else!

Most pleasant experience ever.
I felt very welcomed as a male having a pedicure for the first time.
The area is discreet to the back of the salon and the most clean place i have seen.

Good customer service but a terrible actual service. Girlfriend went in for a leg and arm waxing. She came out and noticed 2 large patches of hair were left. I called the place for her and they said to come back to get the left hair removed. I got back to my girlfriend and asked to check to see if they had left any other hair. My girlfriend has about 10 patches of hair still on her legs and a patch left on her wrist. My girlfriend makes excuses like "well they're cheap". I want people to know what a poor service they offered. I had waxed her legs previously at home and had done a better job. £65 is not cheap and I sincerely feel like I have just thrown that money away for nothing. Her legs looked better with full hair rather than having big obvious patches remaining. Avoid this place if you want a proper service for your money. Pay the extra to get a decent service performed.

I have been going regularly to Your Beautiful for pedicure and waxing. They always do a good job. I usually call up at the last minute and they manage to squeeze me in. Iona in particular stands out. She is super friendly and efficient and has that great beautician skill of always remembering me and the mundane details of my life. She clearly enjoys her job and takes pride in her work.
