Maybe it was just last night but The food was horrible. Seen good reviews but really don't understand this at all. Yes you get a good portion but I rather taste and quality over quantity. Bland food, every meat on my plate tasted the same (bland and dry) muffins not fresh served with rock hard butter, coleslaw tasted disgustingly and the mayo looked like it turned to water, they forgot to give us plates half way through they apologized and gave us the plates. The whole experienced was just horrible, had to throw away three quarters of the meal as my partner and I couldn't eat it anymore. As for the milkshake all you can taste is milk hardly any strawberry flavor and my passion fruit juice was served warm with a few cubes of ice. Manager had to charge us mhalf the price but will NEVER return. If you've been to a good rib shack before I'm telling you now this is not worth it and don't waste your time. Like i said it could if just been last night but my personal experience was not good. The only thing I enjoyed was the chips and that was it! DISAPPOINTED

Great place for ribs and other American style food. Looks the place, NFL on TV, and tastes well too. Lots of fun.

Food is fine. Staff is cool but need a bit of punishment. We got our food and they never brought the cutlery and we asked for it they didn't bring enough and left without checking and we had to order it again.

Great customer service, great music, great food! You can get a mixed grill plate with fries and coleslaw and half pint of beer for £15. Took half of mine home with me to eat later. Nice laid back atmosphere

Irina "the Manager" has no understanding of customer service. People do not call in to bag a free meal by mentioning a managers name.

If a customer tells you that a manager has offered a free replacement meal because they acknowledge a mistake was made. Giving you the date, you do not interrogate your customer and try to belittle them or talk over your customer. You do your investigation in you own time. All I need to know is whether you are going to honour or not, I don't need to know your policy or procedures. Please tell Jason or someone who cares..

Irina, honestly do not think you should work in the service industry as you certainly do not understand or have any clue about providing any customer service role. You would not even apologize for putting me on hold and kept implying that I misunderstood you. Maybe consider by this time I'm fuming and I don't give a toss!
