Luxury Holidays - The Travel Centre

I recently booked a holiday with luxury holidays and everything was fine until i reached the airport to find out they hadn't given me my boarding passes so i had to pay a 35pounds to get my tickets printed off by the airport staff. i came back to discuss the fault made by luxury travels they seemed very helpful at start then told me to come back next day to collect my 35pounds. i came back and the guy wasn't their and the other guy was no helpful and started making out as if it was the airlines fault when i clearly pointed it was the staff and told me to come back another day. i was very offended when he took a phone call during our discussion and i walked out. I've still to receive my money. will never book through luxury travel again. disgusted
