Disgusting service. Went for a full body wax and after telling the lady doing the wax about 10times the wax was too hot she continued to apply telling me my skin was “sensitive”. Woke up the next day with burns everywhere. I will for sure never go here again. Also reporting to trading standards!

I went to sleep the day after I got eyelash extensions here and woke up and there where lashes all over my pillow.i also felt very uncomfortable and not welcome in the shop
