I have ordered here for years. A regular customer often collecting. Today, I called requesting for a delivery (bare in mind I live on the same road!) I was told in an incredibly rude manner that it would take an hour "because it's delivery". Ridiculous considering they would still charge me for the delivery and said they were not busy! I decided to walk to a chip shop half a mile down the road rather than go to a shop where they would not speak to a long standing customer with respect.

Bought of this place twice and felt sick BOTH times. STAY AWAY HYGIENE IS POOR!!

Food was late , they also got the order wrong, food was poor also, I called to complain and was told they was sending out a free beef ribs and even had a txt to say food was on route , 2 hrs later no ribs , called again and they denied all knowledge, golden dragon next time I think

Im a single mum, with ravenous teenagers. Feeding these monsters can be rather expensive. I do like to treat them to takeaways or meals out but we cant always afford it. However, on a monday evening Wok Express have a special offer of 5 items for £12.99 from a selected menu. These are regular portions, they do not scrimp on this. They are even open on Bank Holidays! They are super busy here and so to ensure my food is especially fresh i like to phone my order through and collect myself. Sometimes it takes too long for delivery. They are also a part of Just Eat and so if ive been called into work unexpectedly i can log on order it for a specific time and pay on my card. Great place xx
