Although this place is cheap you would still expect to get what the menu states it would appear that the manager or bar staff are not aware when the kitchen does not have correct ingredients but they just substitute it for something different or leave it off the plate without even mentioning it. The menues are filthy stick to your hands when you touch them. Blame must lie with the manager or perhaps management need training properly. Very very poor indeed. I would offer to go into this establishment and give some training free of charge.

Great place to eat and drink that is family friendly, has a ball play area inside and an outside play are too plus decent tables for acts to sit at outside while children play

Had my daughters party at the wacky and the staff were absolutely amazing. They really made it fun and would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

food was nice although let down by dessert. It didnt come with half of the ingredients listed. Told the waitress that it wasn't what we ordered and got told they had ran out of the other things so they put some of the extra 'stuff' on top. By extra stuff she meant a few extra honeycome bits.... Paid nearly £6 for a bowl of ice cream. It would of been nice to have been told in the first place so we could of had the choice of something else. Not likely to go back anytime soon.

Very good service, food excellent and good quantity. Not disability friendly though, too many different levels inside. Once I was used to them though it ceased to be a problem and it's definitely on my revisit list.
