So lovely. The fountain in the Minerva bath pounding on my shoulders relieved all of the tension from driving on narrow country roads (on the opposite side of the road, and car). Loved the baths.

Great relaxing experience. I recommend going first thing in the morning to avoid rush hour. The highlight of our visit was a lovely group of ladies donning what I can certainly define the most creative set of swimming caps I have ever seen: a crown, colorful butterflies, flowers, you name it. Recommended!

We enjoyed our time here. We hit the twilight through dusk slot and found 2 hours to be ample time to visit everywhere we wanted to go, and for our skin to wrinkle nicely.
It was busy, but not busy busy. Not busy enough to become annoying.
The rooftop pool was our favourite. A little chilly on exit, but then again, it was a mid-October.
The facilities were good, but built for volumes of people. For example, if someone exits the steam room, the steam seems to follow them, and takes a while to build up again.
I'd say prices are steep, but considering you're in the middle of Bath, not ridiculous.

A truly amazing experience. Luxury. Top open air pool with powerful jets of water to massage you.....an indoor pool that's gently floats you around....a sauna....ice room....hot and cold showers..... Bathrobe and flip-flops provided....just seemed a bit busy when we visited.....but what can they do when folk are queueing? All pools are very warm. Lush!

We have been to many mineral baths in the US, Canada and Central America and this place is easily the worst we have ever seen. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place is a sham. It has two lukewarm heated pools which are not remotely like a true mineral bath. These are chlorinated swimming pools, plain and simple. Also very crowded on the Sunday we went. People floating on noodles all about, it was like being at a crowded public pool.

The view from the rooftop was great and the sauna and steam rooms were decent, but the crowds kind of ruined what could have otherwise somewhat salvaged the experience. Not at all what you would expect for 37 pounds. This place is a total tourist trap and ripoff that needs to be investigated by the UK authorities for false and deceptive advertising.
