Went here for a holiday in bath and loved it. Food was brilliant and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and kind and gave us maps to help us around bath. The walk into the centre of bath is only about 20-25 minutes and buses came right outside into town every 2 minuets. The only issue i have was that there was a lot of noise during night time as it is situated on a main road. I did wake up a couple of times but then fell back to sleep again. Overall it was a good visit.

We really loved the hospitality and how clean it was. Excelled costumer services and friendly people happy to give information about Bath. We would definitely book there again.

Visited this great hotel recently whilst on weekend in the lovely Bath. It's a friendly, small B&B, with compact, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and ensuites. The Managers were very approachable and, as we'd not been to Bath before, they helped us with local information, including restaurants to eat at. We received a free Bath Spa pass as part of our deal, which was definitely an experience to be recommended! Breakfast was a feast and I particularly liked the fresh fruit on offer.
It's really handy for Bath (15-20 minutes walk to the Centre and has free off road parking.

Can't understand the review below, but it was written a long time ago and this was not our experience at all. We stayed for a weekend and found Ashely Villa to be perfect. It is an easy walk from the centre of Bath, we actually walked through the park and saw the Royal Crescent and the Circus which were so impressive. Our room was small, but it was clean and comfy and nice and simple in style - unlike so many English B&Bs. The breakfast was great, brilliant fresh fruit salad, and homemade marmalade which was really tasty. Would definitely recommend and would go back next time we are in Bath.
