We found The Albany to be clean & comfortable and what we expected. Breakfast options are good and enough to set you up for a day exploring Bath. Only a few minutes walk from Bath's main attractions but also on a main bus route. Useful if you're coming by train as there are regular buses from the train station, or if you fancy getting the bus to Bristol.

Our only niggle was the small ensuite (immaculately clean though), but this won't stop us from booking again.

Mary & Matt are excellent hosts. Cracking English Breakfast and so close to city centre and Royal Crescent etc.

Highly recommended. Comfortable room with great hosts. We used the top room of the house, and fit five of us, although 4 would be comfortable. Mary and Matt were friendly hosts. The place is clean, with linens, towels galore. Cookies, coffee, tea in the room as well. We were served an English breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. They were also flexible enough to accommodate a special request for our luggage.
