This venue is suitable for those who like informal atmosphere and industrial style. Thanks to the beautiful backlights everywhere, it looks impressive on the photos.

We had our wedding here and fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked through the door. The Westerliefde was a perfect fit and had great flexibility, with the ceremony and party taking place in the Westerliefde and dinner in the Westerunie.

I don’t know where to start with the compliments but we were looked after incredibly well. We had a few changes along the way, which were never a problem and dealt with quickly by Larissa.

For the running of the wedding we were handed over to Alex, who filled us with confidence from the moment we met him. His effortless way made sure that we were able to enjoy the day without a single hiccup.

We had a 160 guests and from my own experience running events I know it’s not easy turning out a consistent meal. The food was fantastic, special mention going to the veggie option, lasagne.

Staff was great, attentive with a nice personal style! We could not have wished for a better day and a better venue, everything was impeccable.

Self service was a bit of a con, especially since it is a fairly large place with Fatboys and hard wooden chairs pretty spread out. A plus is water nearby and opportunity to get a tan on sunny days in combination with roof in case of rain. Mint tea was good.

Awesome location, cool atmosphere, great building, very good menu (had a very good ribeye steak) and a bar. All around great spot
