First time here was great, returned a couple days later and had a poor experience. We eat a lot of ceviche and they gave my boyfriend raw shrimp (looked like it was made 20 min prior). We took it home and let it "cook" overnight in the juice. Now it's great. Please don't serve me ceviche that hasn't been left to marinate in the juices properly.
