Just the issue with the parking and it is not very safe to leave your car unwatched in this area. The place itself, although small, is very nice and the food delicious.

Awesome place to go for a good time, large drink menu with probably
the most craft beer I have seen in one place! Great atmosphere! Seating
inside or outside, great live bands on busy nights. The staff are very welcoming, and provide prompt service. The manager Ray, our server David, and Lupita were all awesome! David speaks really good english
which helps a lot, as my spanish is very limited. I also wanted to mention
the food is really good too, we had the nachos A++! If your visiting Colima
you have to make DMT part of your experience!
