Very bad behaviour by trainers and staff. No guidance in exercise. I really disappointed with in a week... i never suggests to my friends and relatives... please please avoid this gym...

Many of my friends were skeptical about this place (now I can sense why) but initially I liked the infrastructure so I joined anyway. For a week, it was smooth and yes trainers are very friendly and considerate. But the owner/manager doesn't know how to retain and care for customers/clients. I was being FORCED TO DISCONTINUE MY WORKOUT because out of the blue, the manager realized that I was wearing a comfortable jeans (Yes, because I was coming directly from somewhere but I don't want to miss the workout. Also, the jeans was very flexible). But the point which I found illogical and disrespectful is that if that was the stringent rule, it could have been informed to me initially, on the first day itself.But no one did! Also, they could have given a strict warning but stopping the workout is kind of illogical and CHEAP. When you can have a poster of "Use Trademill Maximum for 15 minutes" why can't you have a poster for not wearing jeans, given that it's non-negotiable and you'll stop someone from working out because of it. That's illogical, disrespectful and is conspicuously lethal for the business. To put it simply, if you don't feel good about a certain place, you won't go there for a longer time. And now I won't! I always make deep relations with people and this is what matters to me. Looking for a customer-Centric gym in east Delhi. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.
