Standard dive bar. Good spot for drinks and to watch some horse racing and play pool.

It's a bar that fills a niche. The Sault has the bar for old people (Reggie's), the bar for the hipsters (Loplops), the bar for the people that want to feel like they're in a club (Top Hat/Smokey's), and then there's Coch's for the people that want a plain old bar. Depending on the day, the place can be packed to the gills, but if it isn't, it's a nice place to drink and play pool with friends.
There's offtrack betting as well, which adds a sketchier feel to the place, if that's your thing.
