I love how welcoming YARD is to everyone who walks into the studio. Great workshops are offered frequently and all of the instructors are experienced and so knowledgeable. YARD proves that yoga really is for Every Body!

Love YARD!! They are such a Red Deer gem! They are a wonderful resource! They are diverse group of teachers with beautiful experience. I really appreciate a studio run by a board as opposed to being for profit. It makes it such a beautiful experience.
