Adam's knowledge combined with his individualized approach is much appreciated. Adam was able to identify the issue with my shoulder and after IMS treatments and some specific exercises I have noticed considerable improvement in just 8 weeks!

I received excellent treatment from Adam that helped me recover and get back to doing the sports I love. Adam provided instructions and emailed me videos on the types of exercises that facilitated my recovery. I would definitely recommend him!
