I have been going to see Erika at Balance for 3 years. As I get older, she has done a great job of keeping active in the sports I love. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had both, physio and massage services and it's been nothing but helpful! Recommended a few friends here already :) Keep up the good work balance!

My boyfriend and I have had great experiences with Balance Physiotherapy! The front staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They can always fit me in when needed. The massage therapists are amazing and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I definitely recommend Balance Physiotherapy to all my friends and family!

I will NEVER go anywhere for massage OR physio! The reception staff is always welcoming, the office is extremely clean and well maintained.. and I have nothing but positive things to say about all of the staff. I have been here for multiple services and they are always eager to help. I have recommended Balance to many friends and family members; all of which have had the same experience. Keep up the GREAT work!

I brought my mother in to this clinic for a minor injury. The receptionists were lovely and kind. The office clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the physiotherapist I was assigned was a problem. She misdiagnosed my mother and assigned her exercises that hindered the injury. When we pointed this out to her she insisted that we continue on this course. After a few weeks of this the injury was getting worse. We left for a different clinic. I would recommend the office itself, but stay away from Erika Turner.
