I've been getting sport massage from Shannon for well over a year and she does a fantastic job. Releases tension and helps with sore muscles; she also goes beyond massage and recommends stretches and exercise to reduce muscle soreness. The oils are good and Shannon uses lots of pressure which is what I want.
