Worst subway experience ever!
The employe was rude and unpolite, not friendly at all! She didn't help us even to open the door for the toilet and she started laughing when a custumer did.
The place was dirty and the food was not the best.

Of the three employees I've encountered here, two are complete a**holes. One with the colored hair (purple at the time) slammed the oven/toaster door, the knife, the scoop for tuna (for another customer) for no apparent reason other than boisterous sighs with each childish gesture. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but all we did was come for some sandwiches. We are staying across the street, give us a break. I understand sometimes people are grumpy, especially when speaking English in Bulgaria, so we let it go.
Then just now at 3:30am (24 hour subway), we walk in to get some food before heading to sleep as we had an early dinner. The young little boy with the "so cool" sideways hat was mopping (good for him doing something productive) as we walked in. He went back behind the counter and said "..of course..." in English once he saw us. I wasn't sure what he meant, as we've only been here a handful of times, mostly because it's 24 hours and less than a minute walk away. He has seen us before, but what with the attitude? I asked "what is the problem?" and he slammed the paper on the sandwich-making table as he put on his plastic gloves. We turned around and walked out.
This man is at work. I didn't ask him to do so, nor did I mistreat him in any way other than a "hello" as we entered.
While I may try this Subway again because of its proximity and convenience, there's absolutely no reason to treat strangers this way. I started by tipping them nicely when we arrived, to now walking out refusing service.

If service matters to you, avoid this place at all costs. You're better off walking 5 minutes to a subway that may care about its customers. If you want a quick and easy sandwich with few fillings and huge attitudes, this is your place!

Worst experience a a subway ever. The staff was rude, they didn't speak english at all, didn't even tried to understand what we were saying. They messed up the order. The food wasn't even that good. Also, the place was really dirty.

Nice subway sandwiches, as always. The staff though...not so much.

Not a fan messed up my order. But they had bread at 3 in the morning
