It's worth the walk from the centre of Bruges. Not only is it a bit cheaper than the places in the middle, it also has imaginative dishes in addition to the standards. Crayfish were a real treat as was the steak (there's a fantastic butcher just over the road).

The food was original! Nothing you'd find somewhere else, big portions and friendly staff.
