Needed some help with my 5 year old son's Nintendo 2ds manager and staff where fantastic could not help me more got my issue resolved even though I didn't get it from game still helped me from now on I'm only going to game @monkscross. Thanx guys u made my sons day

Very rude manager! Was told she wouldn't take our Mastercard due to it been a swipe but didn't care to explain why. Had to phone and use a different branch. Will not be using this store again

Really Poor. Non of the tills were working. Couldn't use the reward card. So didn't bother purchasing the item.
