Lovely tradition English country pub in a really beautiful location with great views over the valley looking towards Box and Solisbury Hill. Excellent food and reasonably priced B&B.

Me and my mate went the Pig and A Jig event on the 1st of July and i must say that we were very disappointed. We were expecting a hog roast which to me is a pig on a spit roast. What we were actually greeted with resembled pork chops. To me that is not a hog roast. And the fact that we were going to be charged £4 for a roll is disgusting. We were thoroughly disappointed and doubt we will attend again

Small country pub with a separate restaurant area. Good views across the valley. Good menu choice and reasonably priced. There was 6 of us and we all enjoyed our meal. The steak and ale pie was excellent.
