A very friendly welcome by the host John. Very large family room, and close to the famous Royal Crescent literally 5 mins walk away, and 10 mins walk from town centre. Large beds with crisp sheets, and double aspect view of front and rear of property. Lovely full English breakfast, extra toast if required. excellent value for money. Word of advice RESERVE A PARKING SPACE, BATH IS EXPENSIVE. Some people commented on cleanliness, a little dust never hurt anyone, and far more expensive places ive seen in a worse condition. I will definitely use this hotel again, great place to stop whilst visiting the best city in the uk. Thanks

The best thing I can say was the host was very helpfull But the place is very run down and not very clean but at least the bedding was clean and fresh Would definately not stay there again.

It was good value for money and in a really good location as everything was 5 mins walk! Breakfast was perfect and filling with plenty on offer hot or cold. The host was a really nice guy and very helpful.
