Awful customer service, slow, ignorant and unapologetic for their mistakes.They brought us warm water instead of drinking water and forgot to add coke in the cocktail we ordered. They did bring icecream on the house but no apologies at all. Also taking orders while walking by customer's table is not cool at all. I am surprised they are still on the market!

We had a dinner in Primi restaurant with our daughters . We had spaghetti bolognese, hamburger, beaf steak and risotto. Everyone of these dishes were very good, the service fast and very efficient. I recommend Primi !
