Excellent authentic food, slow service.
I come here fairly often and honestly, the food never disappoints. There are many expats eating here on a regular basis, and they should vouch for the authenticity.
The service is sadly slow. It'll take time for your order to be taken, and for you to get the bill etc.
Pros:
Pickles (brought in from Lebanon, I think) are free and DELICIOUS.
Desert is free, though in small portions. You can always get more. And yes, it's to die for.
Flatbreat and traditional tea are also on the house.
It's very cheap for what they offer.
I would not suggest coming here when you're starving, but I strongly recommend that you give it a try.

Great place for lebanese food, huge variety of dishes, well cooked, has maintained the same prices and quality for many years

The place doesn't look great, but the food is good, the staff was nice, price was good and you also get a free dessert :)

Food is great, however service was horrible. Staff was rude and they acted like they were doing me a favor every time i asked for something new. Really really bad attitude.

Doesn't look like much, but the food is ok and the portions are big. Go for the beef skewers and the tabbouleh, and don't forget to ask for the freshly baked pita bread instead of the regular one. They also offer some pickles & sweets (baklava) on the house - probably to make up for the slow service...
