Had a bad experience during my 3rd visit, one of the staff (cherry) stole money from my cousin's wallet. We complained the incident to the front desk but unfortunately cctv is not working, we posted a comment on their page, learned that it was not the 1st time that it happened to them 'coz some of the customers who had the same experience also reacted to our post (As expected they deleted our post) I do not recommend this nail salon simply because the staffs are not honest.

The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations! From the reservations, to the terrific location (parking was free on the street and available), the guards were nice, the ambiance of the place is very elegant and sophisticated. Very clean and relaxing. I love the bossa nova music. The staff are hospitable and well trained. And of course their jet spa chairs which is first in the country! They also serve food and wine. Definitely the 5-star hotel of all nail spa's. Will definitely come back!
