Being a doctor,not only medicine treats, to behave proper and and to get the best responce is the sign of happiness and smile.entry from reception to the hotel tself gives immence pleasure from the team and its a key to attract me here.I have not repeated any hotel stay except royal singhi..if I do not stay coming ktm here, I miss it it till I stay here next.its due to best treat from your team..thanks

This property was almost damaged during the Nepal earthquakes. Still under renovation. The feel good factor of an old gold star is the USP.

I will never go back to Royal Singi because I had very unsatisfying experiences.
First of all the staff tried to short change me when I changed money.
They did not want to give me an invoice on my check out time and now are charging me for an extra room.
I was disappointed to see such a slimy way of treating and cheating guests.
