Rooms are quite pleasent, though dearly small. Breakfast area gets crowded time-to-time. And they are in desperate need of more or faster stuff to clean the tables.

Room smelled bad, no AC, shower had no pressure and constantly switched between hot and cold, uncomfortable pillows and beds. I've been to several 4 star hotels In Riga and this is the only one I wouldn't come back to.

Poor experience here. No air conditioning in the rooms at all, made it nearly impossible to sleep with how hot it got in the rooms. Also, the size of the room is ridiculously small...you can barely hold two people in the room at the same time.

Additionally, the WiFi signal kept dropping in and out at very in inconvenient times.

The breakfast was okay, could've just been back to back bad days but most of the food was cold and soggy.

Definitely are better hotels in Riga.

Very kind Reservation Manager, friendly staff. Rooms are quite small, but the floor heating in the bathroom is fantastic! What a feeling of comfort and wellness. Btw, SPA center clean and well served.
