they got no interesting English books really , and most of their titles are old ..... pretty useless "book store" unfortunately

The website is good. People are nice. But there is a serious problem with supply chain. I made an order of 10 books of the most popular books. I only received 3 and received a refund for the others. My problem with that is why didn't the website alert you the item is unavailable before the order? what kind of companies that don't know their inventory?.
I read in article that Jamalon is the amazon of the middle east. That's a completely false statement. They need to work harder and harder on their inventory monitoring and improve the availability of their books to reach amazon's quality of service. Companies don't succeed with a nice website. Personally, I would never attempt to use Jamalon again

I had order a book and I received in a few days and the price is good they cheapest more than book shops
They have alot of book I can't find in book shops

I had a great experience with Jamalon as I order a book and received it within few days even I live in one of most isolated cities in the world in Australia.
The service was fantastic and very professional.
I'm surprised to see all this bad reviews or maybe I am just the lucky one.

Ordered twice thinking my second try would be better. I ordered one book and paid for it. After 50 days of "Processing my order" I had enough. they didn't bother to call or apologize. I emailed them asking for a cancellation but they ignored it. I submitted a claim on paypal and they were forced to refund me.
There's no books "In Stock" they have zero stock, they order from third party and ship it to you once they receive it.
If you don't mind waiting forever for a book then go ahead you might receive it next year. just don't make upfront payment.
