Helpful staff who help me with my limited Japanese. I don't get what I want because it sold out, but the staff offer to use Google translate for communicating and it became a memorable experience.

I came to Japan with a "universal" adapter only to discover that Japan does not belong to that Universe, so I was stuck without power for my MacBook Air and about to speak at a conference tomorrow. The 2 young ladies who helped me out at the Apple store were super friendly as were all the rest of the staff. The problem was solved quickly with a power cable with the necessary Japanese plug for the unusual Japanese sockets. It wasn't a cheap option but a lifesaver and really nice to have such a friendly and helpful set of people to hand. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful clean store, with friendly staff. I stop always by and spend some time there. Staff talks in English too, so you can learn more about their products.

I have my boot-up mac OX 10.10 problem. The staff at Apple retail store in sendai helped me to fix it. We had a nice interaction with the staffs especially the Japanese guy who could speak English perfectly. The interesting thing to me is I did not have to pay any fee though my Mac is out of date for technique support. This was really a fantastic experience to me. Thank Apple.
