This is the worst company I have ever had the chance to deal with! To be avoid at all the costs. Also their customer service, is useless and there basically just to let you know the many legal reasons for which you have lost money. Not a chance to have a 2 ways communication

Just the worse company I had the luck to deal with in the last few years. I am really struggling to understand how they can maintain a sustainable business with this kind of routine.

If there was the way to give 0 stars I would have done it. Their practices are just insanely bad! Car Del Mar, I hope for the good of all the people out there that will be so unfortunate to stumble upon them when in search of a car, that this company will stop to do business asap.

I have used car del mar 3 times in 2 years in Spain and Germany ,
each time they have been efficient sending me the voucher and include all inclusive package at a very good price.
I would highly recommend and cant understand the other negative reviews

Catastrophic experience... I booked a car for 135€ online, but when i arrived at the Firenza Airport to recover the car, they told me that my bank card was not accepted. So i should booked another car for 240€ (the price was changed between may and august, ok i can understand...) knowing that I had to be refunded my initials 135€. but when i went home after holidays and i asked to Cardelmar the refund of my 135€, they refused ! Real scammers. Never use CardelMar !
