Average hotel. To use the Internet you must ask for a passwrod at the reception and you have to login and submit the passwrod over and over every time you leave the Hotel.
Hospitality among staff members is on below average level. You can find Lidl store close to the Hotel. Breakfast is quite nice.

The room was very compact, and the place not very new. There are stains on carpets.
However, the service is good, breakfast is quite nice: coffee and milk, different kinds of yogurt and seeds and other fillings, eggs and omelet, meat and cheese, bread and croissants, jams and fruit salad, etc.
The cleaning is done well, the taps and mirrors in the bathroom are shining as new. No slippers in the room though, but it was clean enough to be barefoot. The water is hot right away, no need to wait.
For the people who need literally bed and breakfast and not much space in the center of Berlin, I would recommend.

Awful service. Really the worst I've ever encountered.
Upon arrival, they would not speak to us until the 3pm check in hour. They took 1 euro per bag to store our suitcases until the check in time arrived. Same thing after check out tine.
Rooms are very basic. No drinking water, no kettle, no iron, no laundry service. Very weak wifi.

It's like they got those 4 stars out of a cereal box. I had to ask to move rooms 3 times upon arrival due to the dirtiness off the rooms. I genuinely would not let my dog sleep in the rooms. The lobby is nice and a select few staff are nice. I would not stay here again, I have stayed in hostels that are cleaner. Location is good though.

Great hotel. Very friendly helpful and attentive staff. Rooms could be updated to a more modern style. But overall, was a good hotel for my one night stay. As a tourist, location is also great. Many Restaurants and cafes on same street. Ku'damm 2 minutes walk. Public transport Also very nearby. Supermarkets and cafes all in walking distance.
