Our defacto local (on the first day) Good English spoken by some of the staff but amused hand signals and pidgin English understood by others. No food on offer, but a good view from the upper floor terrace over the marina.
Well worth sitting in the sun drinking Pan (5%) and people watching.

Nice views. Service ok. Had a refreshing Radler (lager and lemonade) no food served, only drinks. Toilets clean
