Never again! Went for a spray tan and it was sketchy from the moment the technician admitted she'd never used the product on anyone before. Her bedside manner was lacking to say the least, especially for someone who's inexperienced in spray tans, ultra sensitive about the natural look, and scared of becoming orange. The machine they use was from the 80s. She dropped it several times and orange cream flew everywhere. As per previous reviews, the spray tan room is clearly an afterthought. You step into a suspended garbage bag. It's very Soviet.
All of this dysfunction foreshadowed what turned out to be a pretty godawful spray tan. A week later, there are blotchy patches on parts of my body and my toenails are sallowed yellow, like a chain smoker's fingernails. Disgusting. And all of this for $95 with a polite tip!

I had a manicure done here years back - when the polish was done some solution was placed on the polish. At this point the polish just smeared and dissolved all over my toes!!! I was not pleased as I had no time to stay for this to be redone and not to mention $90 for a manicure??? Seriously steep. They offered no discount for this mishap that was NOT my fault but gave me a credit for a polish change. Useless to me as I would not return to this place after this expensive, bad experience.

I had a great morning at Lux Spa. I got a pedicure with vinyl, shellac manicure and waxing done and was enjoying every minute. My esthetician, Sabrina, was great. She was very warm and we chatted the whole time. I spent 3 hours with her and it went by very quickly. My nails are still looking great! Thanks for such a great morning!

Absolutely love this place! Ignore the other reviews, they are people who are always looking to get their money back if they can't get a discount. I can't say enough about Lux Spa! I have been going here for years for manicures and pedicures and now that they offer makeup application, I will give them a try!

The girl who did my gellac was really rude. My nail had broken just the day before, you could still see the blood. When she applied the solution it hurt like crazy, I told her this she gave me the dirtiest look as if I had inconvenienced her a big deal. She said ' There is no other way to do it' Her colleague suggested to use a lot of oil and it was perfectly fine with that. The second I got my coffee it was cold and undrinkable. I felt really uncomfortable around her. Even though its right around the corner for me, I wouldn't go here again.
