The coffee was good as was the staff. But the cleanliness of this location has been an issue for me for a long time. The benches are absolutely filthy. I am sitting at a table that hasn't been wiped and the bathroom need a good cleaning. It is amazing to me how people can sit on black benches when they are supposed to be green or brown. How about replacing them with leather or vinyl covers. Looking forward to some changes at this location.

A great place to relax in the Allenby neighbourhood. Staff is always friendly and can make a drink to suit your whims. It takes longer than Starbucks, but it's great if you are not in a hurry. Kid-friendly.
Better hot chocolate than Starbucks.
Dated but comfy armchairs. Nice views of the corner. Decent little outdoor seating area.
