My job is a medium sized job; I have several trees that I need removed. After giving me a reasonable quote at the beginning of July, told me it would be about a month before they would be able to do the job. I phoned after three weeks to see if they were going to be out to do the job and was told it would be that week-probably Tuesday, but Wednesday for sure. The week passes and I call on Friday to see what happened. No apology for wasting my time or another date-if I don't hear from them by Monday, call them back. I called Monday night and was told they would be out by Friday. They didn't show by Friday. I was out of town the next week and called when I got back. "It should be this week," I'm told. When I call back the next week I am told that they will call me before they are on site. Every time I called, they were always noncommittal and wanted my phone number to call me back. Not once have I received a call from them.
I have an older home and have some leaking issues in my basement that are caused by the poor grading around my house. I wanted to fix those this summer and needed the trees gone to do this. They were one of the more expensive quotes I received and I chose them because they said they could do it within a month. The other tree services were at least two months away. I have been renovating my home for a while, and had to deal with many contractors. Four Seasons has been the worst I have had to deal with. At least I haven't given them any money yet.

I am really happy to have such an amazing tree removing and pruning services. I like their services specially their dedication and quality work. Every year I used their services and I can proudly say that I'm fully satisfied customer. :)
